“Energy goes where intention flows”
An ‘intention’ is something you plan to do, but it is not a ‘To Do’ list. It is an “aim that guides action”. It is a creative power that is set by your desire. This deep process begins by getting quiet and going within, to listen to your inner voice. It requires a relaxed state of mind, which can be achieved by focusing on the breath for a few minutes and becoming fully present.
You start to focus on what you DO want (not what you DON’T want). As this becomes clearer, you start to visualize, or vividly imagine your desire, as if it HAS happened and it is real NOW. You internalize how this feels, how it looks and feel the energy flowing through your body. The final important element is just to trust that everything will work out the way you intend. You let the Universe know what you want and then you hand it over to manifest.
The most amazing part of this creative process is that you will start to notice synchronicities in your life. Ideas, opportunities, people, resources will show up out of nowhere that align with your goals and support you. When your intentions and values are aligned you will take inspired action to make things happen more easily, quickly and effortlessly than you ever imagined.
When you start each day with clear intention, you are living from your higher purpose and anything is possible.

Each day as part of my morning routine I look at the big picture of where I am going and then I look at what I want to achieve today. This helps me to set my priorities for the day, so that each day I am moving closer to my goal and I am clear on my purpose. This helps to guide my actions and keep me on track during the day.
